Creativity Exercise

Evaluate your personal office workspace: Is it tidy or cluttered (and do you like it that way)? Do you have fun things around you? Items that will spark your creativity,
support you, make you feel good about yourself and your work?

Create something that reminds you of your personal space: If a writer, describe your
surroundings, if a painter, paint your space – studio, office – if a baker, what about cookies in the shape of rolling pin, oven? If a dancer, BE your space, what does it tell you about yourself and your needs?

Or – do reciprocal visits with a creative friend and analyze each other's creative areas – see your space through their eyes.

And if your space isn't good for you CHANGE IT!

Affirmation

Every day in every way, I am supported and comforted by my surroundings. I know I am safe and free to wildly create within my own space.

Blessings throughout the year!
